If HighScout doesn\'t meet your expectations within the first14 daysof your subscription, we\'ll refund your full payment. No hassle. No hidden conditions.

  2. Tell us you\'d like a refund (you don\'t need to explain why).

  3. We process your refund within7 business days.

What\'s Refundable

  • First-time subscription payments (within 14 days)

  • Monthly and annual plans

  • Upgrade fees added within the first 14 days

What\'s Not Refundable

  • Renewals beyond the first 14 days

  • Custom development work

  • Domains purchased through HighScout

  • Third-party integrations or plugins

  • Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments. To request a refund, you must email us separately within the 14-day window.
