Free Trial

HighScout offers a 14-day free trial for all plans. You are not required to provide credit card information to start your trial.

During the free trial period, you may cancel at any time with no charge and no obligation.

Subscription Billing

If you continue using HighScout after your 14-day free trial ends, your chosen plan will automatically bill you according to the plan’s pricing (monthly or yearly).

You will receive an email reminder 3 days before your trial ends and again 1 day before your first charge.

Refunds for Monthly Plans

We stand by our product. If you are not satisfied with HighScout within the first 14 days of your first paid subscription, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@highscout.io within 14 days of your first payment
  • Include your account email and the reason for your request (this helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Refunds for Yearly Plans

If you purchase an annual plan and cancel within the first 30 days, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused months, minus a $10 processing fee.

After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable,e but you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

When Refunds Are Not Issued

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You can cancel after 14 days of your first monthly payment
  • You request a refund beyond 30 days of an annual payment
  • Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • You did not use the product during your paid period (we encourage you to cancel before being charged)

How To Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account Settings page. No phone calls, no forms, no awkward conversations.

After cancellation:

  • Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again
  • Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation

Paddle & Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Paddle (Merchant of Record). Refunds are issued through Paddle’s secure system and will appear on your statement as coming from HighScout / Paddle.

If you have a payment dispute, you may also contact Paddle support directly, but we ask that you reach out to us first. We usually resolve issues faster.
